NOTE: It's towards the end of the season. If/when teams boost is completely out of my control, and as such I can not take that into account when making predictions. So everything predicted now is based on how things stand right now.

ZETA CONFERENCE

CLINCHED FIRST PLACE
Blackburn Carnage 12-0-0 (Projected: 16-0)
Only one challenge left, a game 15 matchup with Jacksonville, and three games against the 12th, 14th, and 16th ranked teams in the conference. Even if Blackburn drops that game they still finish with one loss and the best conference record and home field for the playoffs.

---------------------------------
BATTLE FOR SECOND
Denver Hounds 10-2-0 (Projected: 14-2)
Denver still has some competitive games to plan for, but I think they can emerge victorious in all of them. Watch for the Atlanta game.

Jacksonville Jackalopes 10-2-0 (Projected: 13-3)
The Jackalopes can't completely overlook Baden before the big matchup against Blackburn. Other than that it's just a few easy games. Will they boost against the Carnage in an attempt to spoil their undefeated season hopes? Will Blackburn boost to keep that from happening? Stay tuned.

---------------------------------
ROUNDING OUT THE PLAYOFFS
Atlanta 404 8-4-0 (Projected: 9-7)
The last four games for the 404 are a real mystery to me as far as their future goes. This team hasn't been playing very good football very consistently, and have been tough to predict. They've got the players to take care of business, but they drop games to lower ranked teams and just squeeze out wins in others. I'm not very confident about it, but I say Atlanta loses 3 of 4 and finishes at 9-7.

Berlin Blitz 8-4-0 (Projected: 9-7)
Berlin was the the team we on the Carnage were looking at as our biggest challenge of the season. It was looking to be the case until they dropped a game to Jacksonville by 4 points and we trashed them in game 9. Since then they've lost to a team in the middle of the pack and another near the bottom of the pile... so I really don't know where this team is heading. Their remaining opponents are ranked 4th, 6th, 7th, and 10th. Right now I'm inclined to say they win against Reading on Saturday but then lose thier last three.

Lyon Winemakers 8-4-0 (Projected: 12-4)
The Winemakers have improved from their 0-2 start, winning 8 of their last 10 games. Their four losses have come at the hands of the top 3 teams in Zeta and the undefeated team in Alpha. I think they can win their next two games and their last game. The game against Berlin will be a challenge, but I think as much as Lyon will win the game, Berlin will lose it.

Baden Bandits 8-4-0 (Projected: 10-6)
I think Baden has a chance to beat Berlin in game 16, while they cruise to a win in 15 against Southampton. Games 13 and 14 are not so likely, but their Team Chemistry might help them out against Lyon.

Chambersburg Trojans 7-5-0 (Projected: 10-6)
The Trojans have really been getting in there and taking care of business. They've beaten the cellar-dwellers in their path so far, and have both won and lost against some of the better teams. I think the only game left they have a chance of losing is the Denver game, but that's it.

Reading Armed Centaurs 5-7-0 (Projected: 7-9)
If Reading beats Berlin on Saturday, and Berlin drops all three of their last games after that, I see Reading winning 3 of their last four and finishing along with Berlin at 8-8, with Reading winning the tie-breaker. If they lose any of these games then they're done... i.e. you Armed Centaurs might want to use your season 6 boosts if you still have them.

---------------------------------
STILL ALIVE, BUT NOT LIKELY
Milan Eagles 5-7-0 (Projected: 6-10)
Stockholm Lions 4-8-0 W2 (Projected: 7-9)

---------------------------------
MATHEMATICALLY ELIMINATED
Barcelona Panthers 2-9-1
Nashville 615 2-9-1
Southampton Shadows 2-10-0
Birmingham Polipocs 0-12-0
Sexintown Rubbers 0-12-0

ALPHA CONFERENCE

FIGHTING FOR THE TOP
Barcelona Assassins 12-0-0 (Projected: 15-1)
Amsterdam Magic Dragons 11-1-0 (Projected: 15-1)
Amsterdam Red Lights 11-1-0 (Projected: 15-1)
Game 14 will either lock up the conference for the Assassins or plunge the top three teams into a three-way tie with a Red Lights' victory. The tie breaker goes by points scored, which right now would put the Red Lights on top. I'm not sure if 2nd and 3rd would still be a matter of points or defer to the head-to-head matchup, but Barcelona would be ahead on points, and also in the matchup.
The Magic Dragons still have to beat the Dynamites on Saturday if they want to remain part of this threesome. If they can't they move down to third with little hope of going any higher.

---------------------------------
IN THE PLAYOFFS
Helsinki Hitmen 9-3-0 (Projected: 13-3)
The Hitmen's only losses came against the top 3 teams in the conference, and I think that's a trend that will hold for the rest of the season. All four teams that remain on their schedule are still alive in the playoff hunt, so it will be interesting to see if any of these teams boost to get a win over Helsinki.

Stockholm Dynamites 9-3-0 (Projected: 12-4)
A game 13 matchup with the Magic Dragons looms ahead, and a decent matchup with Cologne in game 16. There's no chance Liverpool or Hamburg will pull an upset, so even if Stockholm drops two games they'll still have a playoff spot.

---------------------------------
THE BUBBLE
If my predictions come true we will have four teams at 9-7 to fill the last three playoff spots. The rules say it would come down to head to head wins. This wouldn't be easy to sort out. Cologne and South Beach would have two head to head wins, and Barcelona and Athens would only have one. Then I guess the last spot would go to the winner of the Barcelona-Athens game, which I'd call for Athens. I don't want to tax my brain too much about it unless it comes closer to happening.

Barcelona Dare devils 8-4-0 (Projected: 9-7)
I could be wrong, but I think this team appear to be overachieving. Looking at their schedule they have no wins against winning teams, except for the win against Cologne today, and that was only by a FG with 12 seconds remaining. I think that means we see this Barcelona team drop 3 of their last 4 to South Beach, Athens, and the other Barcelona team.

Cologne Ghosts 7-5-0 (Projected: 9-7)
The Ghosts dropped a heartbreaker against the Dare devils today. A win would've made their playoff picture a bit clearer. I think they will beat Glasgow and Dusseldorf, finishing them up at 9-7.

Athens Devils 7-5-0 (Projected: 9-7)
If I owned this team I'd try to get everyone to use all of their boosts right now. They're hanging on to 8th right now, but with games against the Red Lights, Dare devils and Hitmen still on the schedule it's possible they lose 3 out of 4 to finish up. They lose the tie-breaker with South Beach, who have a very real chance of finishing 8-8 or 9-7.

South Beach Sea Hawks 6-6-0 (Projected: 9-7)
The Sea Hawks have a chance at making the playoffs with some help from other teams, but they have to take care of business now. They look better in the matchup screen than their next opponent, Barcelona Dare devils, so they're going to have to hope that means a victory. If they lose two and finish at 8-8 they might be in, but 9-7 would be much safer.

---------------------------------
STILL ALIVE, BUT NOT LIKELY
Dusseldorf Noobs 5-7-0 (Projected: 7-9)
Norwich Nighthawks 5-7-0 (Projected: 6-10)
Glasgow Vultures 4-8-0 (Projected: 6-10)

---------------------------------
MATHEMATICALLY ELIMINATED
San Marino Falcons 3-9-0
Mannheim Spartans 2-10-0
Hamburg Vipers 1-11-0
Liverpool SEA Fusion 0-12-0

I figure I'd make up for the lack of prediction writeups over the last few games.

i think you have something aggainst us winning

but we'll have to just keep beating as many teams as we can, and make it to the playoffs

With 8 wins, the only way you don't make the playoffs is if you lose your last 4 games and some other teams win some certain games.

But like I stated, you only have one quality win so far on your schedule. I think Athens and South Beach have real good chances of beating you, and I know the Assassins shouldn't have too much trouble.

Thanks a lot for this.
And actually, I think Helsinki has a pretty good chance of at least beating one of the top 3 teams.
