Just a friendly note to say that the Phoenix has finally come to play this season. We are not the easy win from the first half of the season. Reeling off 4 straight wins has us seriously looking to make one of the last playoff spots in Alpha this season. Seems like we're living up to our name this season, and we're coming to play the rest of the way.

this should be interesting, i'll give you 4 out of the 5 as easy wins, i'll go out on a limb and say i bet you guys will make it to the playoffs with 5 more wins in a row.

If we win out, we're definitely in the playoffs. Not an easy feat though. 4 out of 5, and we're going to have better than average chance at 8-8 (will depend on tie-breakers most likely).

Nice to see you guys are paying attention. Makes the games that much more enjoyable. I'll say that I've already circled the Knights game on the calender. That will be our telling game I think.

Buick: I think you guys are just a little behind the curve right now. Hold it together though, and you should have a good shot at making your move next season. Right now level difference and chemistry is going to hurt you.

The best that they can finish is 9-7, but at best will finish 8-8. This does mean that have an outside chance. But they HAVE to win at least 4, if they lose 2 they're done.

The teams right now in those last few playoff slots, that 'bubble' area have some pretty difficult stretches in their schedules.

Benkei is not on Guam 5STAR. We are just going about our business and trying not to be over rated. And for the first preseason game that you beat us, we did not have an AI set yet. It was the same AI from the previous season. I took over the offense after that game.

Any time in the future if you want us to help you adjust for the playoff run, you just let us know

Kinda old news IMO

You guys got the game to hang you hat on and say look we killed Osaka. We got the game we wanted to see our vanilla offensive AI in action before the 2nd half of the season. Osaka averages 100 points per game in 12 regular season games and only scored 10 against Guam either you guys ar amazing....or Osaka changed something prior to that game.

Kinda win-win if you ask me.
Guam upsets the evil Osaka Buckeyes
Osaka Buckeyes get to make adjustments to go 36-0 by start of playoffs and got to see how a possible championship game opponent would play us for free.

And congrats on your scrimmage victory too. It helped to inspire the move to change the offensive and defensive playcallers mid-season. We won today, and I plan on winning again. While winning 9 straight to end the season won't be easy, I like our chances to make the playoffs.

The Knights look to be our biggest obstacle getting to a winning record. Good luck to the Knights and everyone else (well, except Osaka ) the rest of the way. It should be a fun trip to the end of the year.
