2] The Minnesota Lumberjacks can clinch a playoff spot with:

* Losses by both Panthers and Gotham City

3] The Birmingham Beavers can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against Portland OR
* Losses by both Panthers and Gotham City

4] The Las Vegas Aces can clincha a playoff spot with:
* A win against Heavenly AND
* A loss by Panthers

Eastern Conference
Already Clinched: D.C. Corruption, Cleveland Gladiators

* Losses by Indianapolis, Middle Tennessee, and El Paso

2] The Tricity Cardinals can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against D.C. OR
* Losses by both East Brewton and Miami

3] The Cincinnati Stoners can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against New York

Mathematically Eliminated: Shelby Bearcats, Mississippi Rebels
