1st or 2nd cap Agility first? I'm thinking 2nd cap.

I wouldn't...jmo but I prefer to get the majors to the 1st cap as priority number 1. I'm sure you could calculate out which is better if you were motivated enough.

Agility is a major for OT. It gets 0.4 / level along with str/blk/vis/conf. sta/tkl get the ridic 0.5 / level.
That said, decide where you want to be including equip. Personally, I take 2 things to 60 while training the last. I either see-saw (48, 48, 60, 60) or shoot straight to 60, it depends on how much higher I want one than the other. Then I take the 3rd to 60, so it'll lag behind... 5 points maybe?
So maybe for LOT you could do
agi 48
blk 48
agi 60
blk 60
str 48
str 60
equip agi/blk evenly. You'd end up 80 agi 80 blk 66 str at level 32 or something.
Taking blk all the way up first would give you extra blk at the cost of agi, maybe end up 82/78/66 or something. Or vice-versa.
Doing all 3 see-saw you'll end up with extra strength at the cost of blk/agi, maybe like 79/78/69, I dunno.
These numbers are out of my ass, but the general idea holds. Pick what sort of build you want, then decide the best way to get there.

I meant, I prefer to get *all* the majors to the first cap asap, before 2nd capping any.

man now adays I'm thinking instead of str to second cap go with speed to first as the 6th thing to do. then work on protector.

If ur just building the LOT- Start with capping Strength 1st, Then Agility, Then Blocking, , everything else is personal-preferences imo. Don't put any SP's into SA's until at least lvl 24- then put em into the pass tree . ( Ideally you'd want a custom piece of EQ with +1Pass Block Tree/+6 Agility) Eventually you also want to get your Protect SA up to 5 or 6 natural with the rest being supplied by a piece of advanced equip. That way your LOT will be able to neutralize any Speed/Agility DE's he runs up against. Don't let your OT's strength get ignored though, or the STRONG-built DE's will stomp him. Best to 2nd cap Strength soon as well.
