Warrior General Games

#1 (1) Pittsburgh (9-1) - After an easy win against Gulf Coast, the Steel Curtain start a stretch of 4 tough games with Minn PPE. A win coupled with a Florida loss will clinch their playoff spot.

#2 (2) Washington (9-1) - After defeating the Legion Of Doom, the Caps now look ahead to an unpredictable Atlanta team. A Caps win clinches a playoff spot.

#3 (3) Florida State (8-2) - The War Chant rebounded after a tough loss to win this week over O'ahu. The LOD are next up in a big game for both teams as they battle for playoff position. The schedule doesn't get easier after that.

#4 (4) Boston (8-2) - After an ugly win over Atlanta, Boston will take on Habitual in a big game this week as both teams battle for playoff positioning with the winner having an easier track to some home field games.

#5 (5) Asbury Park (7-3) - A win over Choctaw this week was expected, and the schedule is very favorable with one potential speed bump against Lake Tahoe until they face the LOD in the last week. I just don't see them losing until then, if then.

#6 (6) Habitual (8-2) - A win over Minn PPE by 1 holds them steady at #6, but this is a team that can make some noise over the next 3 weeks as they take on Boston, Washington and Florida State. If you're fighting for playoff positioning, this is the team to pay attention to for the next 3 weeks.

#7 (7) AggieFans (6-4) - A loss to the Caps was their 2nd straight, and the schedule doesn't let up next week. LOD will have to rebound against a good War Chant team to keep some separation in the race for the playoffs. The schedule is favorable after that, but they don't want to have to play perfect to make the playoffs.

#8 (8) Minnesota PPE (7-3) - After a loss to Habitual, Minn looks to rebound against #1 Pitt. Minn has taken advantage of an easy schedule thus far, but they have plenty of time to prove they're legit as they face the top 4 teams over the next 6 weeks.

#9 (UR) Lake Tahoe (4-6) - Left for dead in my last rankings, LT wins again and gets into a tie for 9th place, 2 games back of 8th. Their best win came over Boston, and they've played other top teams tight. They need to go at least 5-1 and beat LOD to make the playoffs, but the schedule is favorable if they get hot. LT could wind up being Cinderella.

#10 (9) Atlanta (4-6) - Tough loss to Boston leaves Atlanta 2 games back of a playoff spot and a lot of work left to do. Their early season loss to LOD could come back and haunt them as they lose the tiebreaker to them in playoff positioning. They almost have to win out and hope AggieFans and LT sputter down the stretch.

Oh, I'll start the West:

#1 (1) ISB - Best team in the league, have taken out all teams faced in the West thus far and the top team in the East. Is this ISB's year?

ISB looks like the team to beat for sure! Tulsa is scared for sure!

Shhh...people might hear you. We haven't proved anything yet. We all know real games are played during the playoffs. We are just happy to barely squeeze out wins against terrific teams. We like to fly under the radar, and sneak up on people.

I find the lack of bitching in this thread disturbing. What are we, a league of softies? I'm disappointed in you guys. Unless, of course, my rankings are so good that you can't complain. And if so, I may need to get a job with the BCS.

Funny cause that's how we lost to ISB in week 1. Stupid setting got jacked up and we didn't kick the FG at the end. We went for it on 4th and didn't convert. I was so pissed. I know you had our number in that game. And when it didn't kick the FG, I thanked the football gods for letting us win one in the exact fashion we lost one. Now we are even. The football gods may even out the score with you as well.

Man, I can't scout all of the teams every other day. I threw up the last one because facient, who's been absent from the 2 threads, mentioned in the first West one that "no east = fail." So, I decided what the hell, I'm awake and bored, I'll do it. Now I'm just piggybacking off of the first one. Much easier that way. I'm still waiting for the "we should be ranked higher" posts though. Surely someone has to dislike to their spot. lol
