Okay here are the rankings after game 10.
Here is what I went by:
1) Record or win/loss
2) Strength of roster
LW = Last Weeks ranking
You may or may not agree with them, but this is how I see them.
****POWER RANKINGS****
#1 Pretoria Pigs (10-0) LW 1 - Game 1 of vacation is over and vacation game 2 against Djibouti is up next. The top play off spot is theirs to lose now that Taipei lost their first game.
#2 Texas Armadillos (9-1) LW 3 - Eight straight wins and a play off spot keeps getting closer, but first how about a big game against the #3 team.
#3 Banghazi Barbary Lions (9-1) LW 4 - Three former A teams that have surprised are Taipei, the Predators and Banghazi. Moving to #3 after their last win, they now have to face their second #2 team in a row.
#4 Taipei Little Fish Rangers (9-1) LW 2 - Taipei lost their first game of the season to Banghazi 31-45. They should rebound against Lagos. Everyone else has.
#5 The African Predators (7-3) LW 5 - Well add two more wins to the seven you already have because.....................you're going on vacation! Yes that's right Predators! You are going on an all expense paid trip to Rwanda and Djibouti to play golf and all sorts of relaxing shit! All you have to do is show up to the games for a minute or two and you can have the wins!
#6 Detroit Drive-By (7-3) LW 6 - Detroit rebounded against Lagos 54-20. They need to keep winning with Doom hot on their trail.
#7 Impending Doom (6-4) LW 7 - With a look at their second half schedule, the Doom will definitely make the play offs.
#8 Strong Badia Tires (5-5) LW 8 - Tires started off with five losses and now have five wins in a row. Can't stop now if you want to make the after regular season party.
#9 Algeria Desert Foxes (4-6) LW 10 - That's two W's in a row Algeria. Makes for four wins total. You guys may have to win out to make the play offs. Murderers Row is up next in 4 of the 5 next games.
#10 Zimbabwe Bulls (3-7) LW 9 - A slim play off chance is still there for Zimbabwe, but I think teams will be feasting on Grade A prime beef in December.
#11 Lagos Eagles (3-7) LW 11 - Well Eagles, you guys are pretty much out of it, so have fun playing spoiler.
#12 Nigerian Nightmares (2-8) LW 12 - The rest of the season is all pride games. Make a good showing Nightmares.
#13 Zulu Brotherhood (2-8) LW 13 - The Zulu Brotherhood have played like they are from Mr Roger's Neighborhood. Time to step up and make a last hurrah.
#14 Rwanda HellFish (2-8) LW14 - Rwanda is beautiful this time of year. For those teams vacationing against them, I envy you.
#15 Zanzibar Face-Eaters (0-10) LW 15 - Scoring only 6 points and giving up over 1000 points in seven games means you are exactly where you should be in the rankings. Good luck in season 7.
#16 Djibouti White Tigers (0-10) LW 16 - Might as well enjoy some nice psychedelic rock:
