Warrior General Games

Hey, we are getting past mid year, so it may be time to start thinking about the "Pro Bowl Team" for each conference. I will update it every once in awhile, than once we have everything final, post it in a nice, neat thread so it is easier to get at and understand.

Please provide stats (no scrub games please), an argument, and anything else you think is needed to get you or your players to be an Pro Bowler.

Anyone is welcome to do anything they want, whether it's personal lists or some list voted in by owners, but I'll be doing my personal lists (one from each conference) at the end of the season.

Since there are 1st time owners & coordinators in the league, lets have at least 1 representative per team?

Sure that will be fine. Vote in your team forum, than have owner send me list and I will post a final thread maybe?

Well Id like to think my QB has a good build, but he has anything but performed this year, I need to sit down with him and figure out what the hell is going on.

It's subjective. One thing I look at are missed tackles. If a LB on a crappy team gets 200 tackles but only misses 3 then I'd put him on the list. I'd also look at sacks, FFums, int's, etc.
For fullbacks I look at running yards and pancakes. For WRs I usually pick 4 guys, the one with the most yards, one with the most, catches, one with the most YPC and one with the most YAC (last two need a minimum amount of catches).
It's not exact. Just like how I make my game predictions I take lots of things into account, I don't just pick X amount of guys at the top of the stat list.

Just like in real life, there are lots of players but only a few Pro Bowl spots, so other deserving players won't make the list. It just happens.

Why dont we just nominate the starting O and D for Blackburn?

That would be much easier...
