POWER RANKINGS

1.Cairo Mummy Warriors(9-0)
Opponents combined Record(39-42)- With the leading passer in the league and a very stingy defense that gives up only 5.4 points per game they have looked very good for most of the season not to mention that they have only thrown 2 picks and fumbled the ball 7 times they are just as good at not beating themselves.

2.Nigerian Nightmares(9-0)
Opponents combined Record(27-54)- The Nightmares have had a somewhat easy schedule but they are 9-0 nonetheless and deserving of the number 2 spot at this time behind a rushing attack that averages 8 yards a carry and 384 yards per game.

3.Casablanca Golden Eagles(8-1)
Opponents combined Record(28-53) - They have the leagues leading receiver in (WR) Donald 'Wide Open' Jennings a very good rushing game and one of the best pass rushing defensive ends in the league this is a very good team on both sides of the ball. Is this the season they finally get over the hump?

4.Maine Freeze(8-1)
Opponents combined Record(30-51) - With a NASTY pass rush and an effective passing game this is a team that nobody wants to see come playoff time. The biggest area they need to improve in though is finding a way to cut down on the turnovers including 4 in their loss.

5.Madagascar Grand JagerMenze(7-2)
Opponents combined Record(27-54) - They complain about getting no respect I finally pick them to win and they lose to a 3-6 team they also should have been able to beat the Nigerian Warriors by more than what they did but other than that they have been solid it'll be interesting to see how they fare when they get to the beef of their schedule.

6.Carthage Mercenaries(5-4)
Opponents combined Record(40-41) - They've won 5 of the last 6 games to get themselves back into the playoff picture but they will need to keep it up if they want avoid making the playoffs as a 7th or 8th seed again this year.

7.Ethiopian Food Mongers(6-3)
Opponents combined Record(39-42) - They have hit the tough part of their schedule and it shows as they have lost 3 of their last 4 after starting 5-0.

8.P-Town Ballaz(5-4)
Opponents combined Record(25-56) - They have had a pretty easy schedule and lost two in a row after starting 5-2 they'll most likely have to upset a couple of the top teams in the league to hold onto the 8th seed that they currently have.

9.Lethoso Rollers(5-4)
Opponents combined Record(36-45) - They have done a good job of competing considering the level disadvantage that they face this season they should be a playoff team next year but I just don't see them doing it this year.

10.Freetown Jayhawks(3-6)
Opponents combined Record(54-27) - Behind a brutal schedule the Jayhawks have really struggled and with Cairo coming to town they are fighting for their playoff lives, if they lose tonight they might need to win out to make the playoffs.

11.Cardiff Cobras(4-5)
Opponents combined Record(33-48)- A 4-5 record isn't bad for these guys, the loss to ivory Coast is kind of a head scratcher considering that they have now won three games in a row.

12.Rhodesian Ridgebacks(3-6)
Opponents combined Record(49-32)- They had a big win against Madagascar to get back to 3-3 but since have fallen on hard times and probably won't make the playoffs with the hole that the 3 game skid has dug them.

13.Ivory Coast Breakers(1-8)
Opponents combined Record(59-22)-You look at the schedule and damn have these guys had it rough along with the two teams at the bottom.

14.Uganda Monsoon(1-8)
Opponents combined Record(50-31)- Its raining losses in Uganda with their only win against an all CPU team and Lethoso coming to town to flaten them.

15.Nigeria Warriors(0-9)
Opponents combined Record(57-24)-They just don't have the roster to compete they might not get a win all season.

16.Mauritius Mountain Lions(0-9)
Opponents combined Record(60-21)-They still have a couple winable games left it would be nice to see them get a win because going 0-16 can't be any fun especially when you don't have the first pick in the draft to look foward to blowing like the Lions will no doubt do.

Predictions

Carthage Mercenaries vs. Mauritius Mountain Lions
Carthage will continue their playoff push and make it 6 or the last seven this probably won't be much of a game.

Casablanca Golden Eagles vs. Nigerian Nightmares
This has game of the week written all over it you have the Nightmares who have had the Eagles number the last few seasons and an Eagles team hungry for some revenge. This is always a good game between these two teams.
Nigerian Nightmares by 3

Nigeria Warriors vs. Ivory Coast Breakers
This is like the Lions and the Bengals two bottom tier teams just looking to dull the sting a little bit with a rare win. The Warriors really need this one if they hope to avoid finish the season winless.

P-Town Ballaz vs. Madagascar Grand JagerMenze
P-Town definitely is the team that needs this game more and they will come ready to play but I just don't see them winning this game.

Maine Freeze vs. Ethiopian Food Mongers
A game between two teams going in opposite directions, that trend continues in this one as Maine will Freeze the Food Mongers offense and leave their defense hungry for a stop.

Lethoso Rollers vs. Uganda Monsoon
Lethoso should win this one and get themselves back into a playoff seed at least for now.

Cardiff Cobras vs. Rhodesian Ridgebacks
This should be a good game with two pretty even teams playing each other. The Cobras come in with a 3 game winning streak and the Ridgebacks come in with a 3 game losing streak. Is today the day that these streaks end?

Well not quite 70 but close. You guys almost scored a TD, I mean hey we have an unstoppable defense. You guys played a great game against us. Not a lot of teams can say they put up 200 yards against us.

GG man the game in general was crazy. We both fumbled at the goal line. And the fumble on the kickoff in the 4th qtr was quite entertaining. Thank goodness we found way to score after that huge turnover.

Just 2 good teams that battled and battled!!!
