#1 - Pittsburgh Steel Curtain (8-1) - Only loss came in the first week to ISB who are undefeated in a tough Western Conference. Hardest part of the schedule is still to come, but quality wins over Asbury and Habitual put them at the top. Nothing fancy or flashy, solid overall team.

#2 - Washington Caps (8-1) - Easy schedule thus far, have one quality win over Florida State. Only loss came to Asbury in a close game. Top passing team in the East, they also boast the highest scoring defense, totaling 27 TDs through 9 games.

#3 Florida State War Chant (7-2) - Big win over Boston, they've lost 2 games to quality teams in the Caps and Asbury. Top rushing attack in the league and 2nd highest scoring defense in the league (25 TD in 9 games).

#4 Boston Drunks (7-2) - Quality wins over Fremont and Asbury, questionable loss to Lake Tahoe. Toughest part of the schedule is over, but Boston still has some to work to do to guarantee a home playoff game.

#5 - Asbury Park Blue Bishops (6-3) - After a bad loss in week 2, AP seems to be hitting their stride at the right time. Other losses came to #1 Pitt and to Boston by 1. Have beaten the Caps and War Chant in the past 2 weeks. They should be able to cruise into week 16 unscathed.

#6 - Habitual Linesteppers (7-2) - The easy part of the schedule is over, and now the tests start. They've beaten the teams they were supposed to and their 2 losses have come to good teams in Asbury and Pitt. The next few games will really determine their position in the league.

#7 - AggieFans Legion Of Doom (6-3) - Losses to Habitual, Pittsburgh and Boston, win over Minnesota puts them in the 7 spot. Still 3 tough games left on the schedule, they'll need to turn it up to ensure a playoff spot.

#8 - Minnesota Purple People Eaters (7-2) - No tests thus far, the latter part of the year will determine their fate for the playoffs. Off to great start, but 5 of their last 7 games are against the top 5 in the league.

#9 - Atlanta Scorpions (4-5) - Good wins and tough losses have left Atlanta in scramble mode for the second half of the year, but their schedule is favorable to make a run into the top 8. They will need help, though.

#10 - Florida Sharks (4-5) - Huge wins over bad teams, huge losses to good teams. Unless something changes quickly, the Sharks will be on the outside looking in come playoff time.

#11-16 - They're not making the playoffs and should look to rebuild/retool for next season.
