I want to warn any players who receive contract offers or who may be thinking about signing with the Richmond Bandits to NOT do it.
When I was first approached by the Owner the first question I ask was regarding playing time. I was assured by the owner that my Level 31 OT would get alot of playing time. Based on this promise I signed a two year contract and he is paying me $300,000 a year. Since my signing I have averaged less than 10 snaps a game while he starts a Center at OT. I have sent repeated emails to the owner and GM asking why and also asking to be released but they will not respond. I have even posted on the team message board but they still refuse to respond. Since there is nothing I can do but ride out my contract I at least wanted to warn others who may be offered contracts by Richmond.....Stay away from this team!!!!!
