What YEAR and team captured your attention like no other. It can be any level of play, any quality of team.

For example:

For me the 1985 Bears and the 2006 Bears were both awesome. I loved the 2006 Bears even though I had very little hope that we would beat the Colts. I also loved the 1984 49ers even though I am not a Niners fan. (And really, who is anymore )

My favorite are the 85 Bears...the greatest team of all time.

I only got into the NFL in 2004/2005 so it'd have to be the 2006 Bears for one simple reason; Hester's return to open the Superbowl.

Crazy play and I was watching it on massive HD screens with 2 thousand or so NFL fans in London.

I was already a Bears fan, but that one play and the emotion in the room at the time was unbelieveable.

College: 97 U of M National Championship team. Nuf said.

Pros: I would have to go with the 91 Lions. The only year the Lions won a playoff game in 60 years. Holy shit do they suck now

Absolutely. That one play was the greatest football watching moment ever for me. 30 of my closest friends jumping and yelling and screaming - tackling each other. It was crazy. And it went all downhill after that.

I wasn't alive in '85, so the 2006 bears have been my favorite so far. 2001 was pretty good too. I remember those back to back Mike Brown game winning pick 6's like it was yesterday

I'm old school.

The '77 Cowboys are my favorite, didn't say the best although they won a Superbowl. Roger Staubach, Tony Dorsett, Robert Newhouse, Rayfield Wright, Drew Pearson, Randy White, Harvey Martin, Too Tall Jones just to name a few of the greats on the team.

98 Broncos, TD running for 2000 yards. Great season.
