Nile Denial: 6-1
Ivory Coast Diamond Hunters: 5-2
Boston Dogs: 6-1

Granted there are a lot of games left to play. This remark does look quite foolish in retrospect though:

Let me give some of you hormone charged AA rookies some advice. Stay away from the heavyweights. You cant take their punches, even if it's a stiff jab. Stick to the welterweights for now and THEN start talking loud once youve shown you can knock the smaller guys out with one or two punches.

If you wanna line up friendlies and scrimmages with bigger and badder teams just to see "what if," then by all means, do so. But, dont start thinking that you have a chance to even be competitive or that "it will be closer than you guys think" becuz it wont. Ive seen enough lopsided mismatches and ass kickings in this league and conference to know when one is coming.

If youre looking to have fun and take a beating in stride, sign up. If youre looking to be brave or to prove a point, pick on someone your own size. Your ego will thank you.

You guys really need to scrimmage IJMSPORT's team the Uganda Headhunters. I would like to see what you would do against them.

And one of Ivory Coast's losses is to Nile. 16-3 overall against the rest of AA.

It's pretty interesting how the one team that has yet to beat an incumbent AA2 team thats any good is the one talking the most. Maybe if you were the owner or GM of the Ivory Coast squad, you might have a point. But the Boston Dogs are 0 fer against good AA2 teams that were here in Season 5. Come back after you play Namibia, CAWD or the Chops.

If you win one of those, I'll show you some love; if you win two, I'll admit that your team is far better than I thought they'd be; if you win all three, I'll proclaim you as a powerhouse and sweep the path of your AAA promotion. But, if you lose all three, just shut up.

I'm pretty sure Chicago Wheelhouse was in AA last season. In fact they went 12-4, beat CAWD, and barely lost to kabwizi 49-42. Are they not any good? Sahara Spartans were also a playoff team last year. But what do I know, I'm just a new guy around here. I suppose time will tell.

But they were in Elephant and everyone knows that Elephant's not that good. I mean the team that was undefeated through 15 games lost to the Lion #4(I think gabon was 4, or were they 5) Anyway, Lion has to keep up the tradition of winning the Championship this year, so I'm counting on you guys.

Admittedly, the Chicago Wheelhouse were definitely a top-tier team last year. However, they've obviously fallen off this season, so don't get too excited about it. Sahara hung in there for a playoff spot, only because there were 7 good teams in Elephant, and really have never been very good, as displayed by their record this year.

While I've been impressed with the Dogs run, the only true win by an A team vs. one of the original top-tier teams still at the top was the Dealers over Namibia. Totally shocked me. I'm excited to see if the Piranhas will bounce back against the Dogs, or if Boston will join the upper echelon of Elephant.

Looks like the game of the week if the Dogs can manage to live up to all the hype. I'm afraid it looks like it could be a blowout though. Namibia has a big advantage, at least on paper...

Stingtalk got outgained by The Nile by 90 yards. Not saying you lost, but it was only a 5 point win and you may not be laughing very much longer...I guess enjoy it while you can.

Everybody thought we would blow AAD out. Looks like you boys can step up when needed against the 'big uns'.

Truth be told, I think most of the 'big uns' didnt really take the A teams seriously and now we're paying the price. I know we gameplanned and everything for our game against The Nile, but we underestimated them immensly. I guess we're starting to eat our words now.

Nah AA #2 would've been better last season. All of the teams that left for the big leagues were amazing honestly.

Well yeah, but we still did underestimate some of the teams...namely the Diamond Hunters and the Nile Denial.

That's why you don't underestimate anyone...I'm a good one to talk since I almost never gameplan for scrimmages and half the teams in AAA haven't caused me to tweak our defense at all(I don't mean just the AI, I mean the basic defensive settings too). Of course, I also have to give credit to my D being solid enough to let me do that. There also aren't a lot of teams that we have played that get too tricky with the game planning.

tbh, I'm glad teams like Nile and the Diamond Hunters are coming along. It actually makes you gameplan some(although, I'll hold off on that game planning for every game until next season ).
