Warrior General Games

Okay here are the rankings after game 5. Here is what I went by for now, at least until I get to know these teams better:
1) Record or win/loss
2) Strength of roster

LW = Last Weeks ranking

You may or may not agree with them, but this is how I see them.

****POWER RANKINGS****

#1 Pretoria Pigs (5-0) LW 2 - Well Pretoria regains the top spot with a big win, a Doom loss and a strong roster. Zulu is up next and that should keep the Pigs at #1 for another set of games.

#2 Taipei Little Fish Rangers (5-0) LW 3 - The Little Fish Rangers beat the Doom and move up to #2. Facing the Nightmares next could be more like a wet dream for the Little Fish Rangers.

#3 Impending Doom (4-1) LW 1 - Losing to Taipei drops the Doom to #3. With the Armadillos up next they could have a fight on their hands to stay in the top 3.

#4 Texas Armadillos (4-1) LW 4 - The Armadillos made road kill out of the Face-Eaters. They have a chance to move up next game if they beat Impending Doom.

#5 Banghazi Barbary Lions (4-1) LW 5 - The second of two bot games in a row keeps the Barbary Lions in the top 5 for a little while longer.

#6 The African Predators (3-2) LW 6 - The Predators beat the Tires 55-26 and look to take it easy the next two games against Zulu and Zanzibar.

#7 Zimbabwe Bulls (3-2) LW 9 - With a win over Lagos the Bulls move up two spots in the rankings. They need a win over Detroit to keep them in the race for the play offs.

#8 Detroit Drive-By (3-2) LW 7 - Detroit survived their shoot out win over Nigeria 56-48. Up next are the Bulls. Detroit will have to show a little more consistency if they want to make the post season.

#9 Algeria Desert Foxes (2-3) LW 10 - Algeria just pounded Dji-bot-i 89-0 and are looking to do the same to Strong Badia next game. Might not be so easy for them.

#10 Nigerian Nightmares (2-3) LW 8 - A shoot out loss to the Drive-By drops Nigeria to #10. With the Little Fish Rangers up next, Taipei could be Nigeria's nightmare.

#11 Lagos Eagles (1-4) LW 11 - After losing to the Bulls, facing two bot teams in a row is a welcome sight for the Eagles.

#12 Strong Badia Tires (0-5) LW 12 - Another loss keeps the Tires in the bottom feeders club. Facing the Desert Foxes next won't make their fight to get out of the bottom any easier.

#13 Zulu Brotherhood (0-5) LW 13 - Zulu just lost big to the Pigs. I don't see anything changing against the Predators.

#14 Rwanda HellFish (2-3) LW14 - Out to lunch.

#15 Zanzibar Face-Eaters (0-5) LW 15 - I see the Face-Eaters future..........it's...........it's...............it's...................0-6.

#16 Djibouti White Tigers (0-5) LW 16 - *ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ*

*****PREDICTIONS*****

Well I went 7-1 last set of games. Hopefully this next set I'll do better........or worse depending who you are.

Week 4: 5-3, Week 5: 7-1

Overall: 12-4

#15 Zanzibar Face-Eaters (0-5) at #1 Pretoria Pigs (5-0) = Pretoria - Pigs vs Bots, take the Pigs.

#10 Nigerian Nightmares (2-3) at #2 Taipei Little Fish Rangers (5-0) = Taipei - A strong win over the Doom showed what the Little Fish Rangers are all about. Going with Taipei.
Game Rating: 3/6 Beers

#3 Impending Doom (4-1) at #4 Texas Armadillos (4-1) = Texas - I'm going with Texas in this one. Should be a close game either way.
Game Rating: 6/6 Beers

#16 Djibouti White Tigers (0-5) at #5 Banghazi Barbary Lions (4-1) = Banghazi - No explanation needed.
Game Rating: 1/6 Beers

#7 Zimbabwe Bulls (3-2) at #8 Detroit Drive-by (3-2) = Zimbabwe - Should be close, but I'm sticking with the Bulls.
Game Rating: 5/6 Beers

#13 Zulu Brotherhood (0-5) at #6 The African Predators (3-2) = African Predators - The Brotherhood won't put up too much of a fight, take the Predators.
Game Rating: 3/6 Beers

#14 Rwanda HellFish (2-3) at #11 Lagos Eagles (1-4) = Lagos - Yay! Lagos gets win #2. Enjoy it while you can.

#12 Strong Badia Tires (0-5) at #9 Algeria Desert Foxes (2-3) = Algeria - Going with Algeria, but it could be closer than it looks.

*Game Of The Week*
#3 Impending Doom (4-1) at #4 Texas Armadillos (4-1) - #3 vs #4. Doom need a win to stay in the top 3. Texas needs a win to prove they belong in the top 3. It's Thunderdome bitches! Two teams enter, one team leaves!

24/48 beers. Enough to keep us buzzed through some bad games, yet sober enough to watch the good ones.
