Keep going with speed and agility up to and over 68 unequipped. Those are the only attributes a KR needs right now. Some day special teams might be fixed, but even then these are two skills you will need, and they help in your regular job as a CB as well.

I did not mention vision deliberately. Vision can be helpful because sometimes you have a better idea where to turn. However, I have seen plenty of returners with good vision (40 to 60+) still run right into players who will tackle them. You have seen things differently than I have. I actually don't think vision matters on KR, even though it should.
Speed is the first key. You need to get as many yards as possible as quickly as possible. Even if you run directly into tacklers, this will get you the majority of your yards.
Agility comes second because then you can make a turn or two here and there to gain a few more yards.
So from strictly a KR aspect, I would work on speed first, then agility, then vision. I would certainly accept an argument otherwise, but for a cornerback I think I would (and I am do this) build the player this way, even though my CB is not being built as a return man.
what-a-bro, your player also needs some stamina to play the CB position. You barely have any.
