line general might make the whole line better. stamina could be important if you don't have a good backup. agility will make you a better blocker in space.

If you got agility to the second cap, you could start at any spot along the line save LOT. Centers are great that way.

I'd say go with line general and boost the performance of your entire o-line

I have no clue so I'll just say I like the build.

Line General, confidence and more Speed, I guess. Personally... I think you wasted a bunch of points earlier on with things like vision, stamina, and vision. That really hurts you in the strength department. My equal leveled center has 14 more strength than you... Meanwhile I'm just going to close the gaps on you on the other stats the longer our players are around. This gives my player a likely higher "ceiling" than yours. I also got 8 in Line General, which is nice Vision is probably least useful for a center on the o-line, though. I'm eventually going to have 7 attributes up to the softcap, and vision is probably going to be the last one there.

yeah, I made a similar mistake. Faffed around with SA's and minor attributes for far to long before hard capping str/blk. As it was far too many off my +1's whilst levelling ended up taking me to those caps all too late. So whilst I've got a well balanced center build and a 10 in Line General (with equip) my str is probably 15-20 below what it probably should be which would make me a monster.
