After an OL has met the strength and blocking soft caps, what should you increase next? Is there any benefit in speed, agility, vision, or confidence? Or should I just keep increasing strength and blocking?

It depends on which position you are at. Either way, you should get strength and blocking to at least the 3 point cap before you put points in any other PA.

With the current trend, soft cap agility then speed/vision... This will make you not get totally owned by the speed DEs... you need 40+ speed at a minimum and 50+ agility to pretty much even lay a finger on the speed/agility DEs IMHO.

Agility comes after blocking and strength. Guards and tackles need speed as well.

Tackles need to deal with fast agile DE's. Guards and centers need to deal with strong agile DT's. Look at what you are playing against to determine what you need.

Actually agility ought to come before blocking and strength imo. If I build another tackle I'll get str & agi to the second cap before capping blocking even once. There's no particular reason to cap speed since there's no level bonus, somewhere between 40 and 45 is usually going to be enough with good agility.

He only owns guards, so for the original poster, strength and blocking should still be first priority. I'd go with double capping both, while also putting points into agility(split between all three every other level or so). Not the most efficient way, but will keep him capable of outplaying his current opponents.

Would you build different, depending on if it is a LOT or ROT?
