Los Angeles Sharks face one of their biggest challenges for season six today when they take on the Putnam Keg Tossers. Outgunned and overmanned, the Sharks will do whatever they can to slow down the tempo of this critical matchup, and hope to take advantage of any opportunity that comes their way.

Oddsmakers are not so optimistic as the Sharks...

We slipped roofies and zanbars into the pregame booze for the Rushmores. I like our chances.

Destin has a very tough match against the New Hampshire Hustlers. We had a close game last season that was 20-10, and all the old A8 powers who have moved on were telling us that we didn't even deserve to be in that game because NHH is too good for us. Well, it's only been an extra dose of motivation. We think we have a good gameplan for the Hustlers this time around, and despite still being outleveled, we should be more competitive. I say *should* because I still don't know how good we actually are, NHH could toss us out of the water, but I think it's going to be hard-fought.

You guys put up a little over 300 yards passing last season against us and only lost by 4. It seems like you've always passed against us well. I assume that you'll continue to try to throw on us again.

Your 3rd and long conversions are going to be key along with slowing down our DE's. Big Cat Williams couldn't handle Geathers last season giving up 4 sacks and 2 hurries. I'm expecting something similar to those numbers.

Good luck today

I think your team knows something about our team. 2 close games like that. I actually thought we might lose it when you went up 16 to 10.

^^ 20-16

10 points last year, 4 points this year, well.. I guess we will have to wait till next year to finally beat you guys. We had multiple TFL's missed by our LB's. The gameplan was legit, and I thought we were going to beat you guys.

Good game New Hampshire. Maybe we can see you guys again in the playoffs, that would be fun.

Yes, definitely GG Putnam. You and some of the Old Freeballers took it to us this season. Protected our QB a little bit more; although there were a ton of hurries - you came through on everything. Your only mistake - was our only TD. Great Job!
