Zombies was a term brought up 2 seasons ago for teams with players well above the league avg. At the time we were capp'd and it became known as zombies in reference. Seeing how you have some offensive players over 35 as close to almost 40 then the term gets still referenced because i dont think our league average is but maybe 30

Then cade failed at his own. I used the interpretation from the forums here as he related it to several teams not just one which actually qualified for the term. thus my response.

Nico, at the beginning, when Cade started using the term, there was more than one team which qualified as "Zombies". LT's RR for sure, but also Saratov Buffalos. I can understand the frustration. It is much easier to gameplan if the owner and/or GMs own almost all or all of the players. No surprise that Zombie teams won Season 4(Saratov), and then Season 5 (Russians).

Actually Saratov was not in the mix. Corey was and I was at the very start. But was dropped before we got our own forums.

The worst thing about Saratov was that they never came on the boards to talk about anything. We almost refer to them as an inanimate object. One of LT's GM's plays on one of our alliance teams and has the only non-LT player on Russia's roster.

I think Cade's initial mention of zombies came when a lot of us had a bunch of L.13 guys sitting on boosts when we signed them when the league first popped up in season 4. Nothing like a boosted flesh-eating zombie.....

A very rare glimpse into Real LTs Zombie horde we like to call the Russian Revolution. This footage of Real LT and the love he holds for his Zombies came at a high cost so please do enjoy it.
