it works out that way trust me, remember we have to break it down evenly and trust me this works! It was very hard to make a 22 team bracket that balanced out! For ex: start with 22 teams then down to 11! Doesnt work!!!!!!! Start with the bottom 12 teams down to 6, then add the top 10 seeds, and wow you got your 16 team tourney! 16 down to 8, 8 down to 4, 4 down to 2, and 2 down to CHAMP!

no not random at all i looked at every teams players, gameplay etc and broke it all down! I think I did a great job with the seeds? Any opinions??
