Yeah ... the Preds would've been a hell of a challenge but I did have a plan to make it more competitive ... actually, Nick and I were both out of pocket (no internet access) throughout the playoffs, so the team was running on auto-pilot outside of our defensive scheming.
And Cardiff's just too good of a team to be on auto-pilot against. Would've been a game if we'd planned for it, but they did what they needed to do to grab some revenge. We'll have to square our debt this season.

Yeah ... the Preds would've been a hell of a challenge but I did have a plan to make it more competitive ... actually, Nick and I were both out of pocket (no internet access) throughout the playoffs, so the team was running on auto-pilot outside of our defensive scheming.
And Cardiff's just too good of a team to be on auto-pilot against. Would've been a game if we'd planned for it, but they did what they needed to do to grab some revenge. We'll have to square our debt this season.

Good to see you got promoted too, you definitely deserved it. Looking forward to some future battles.
Looking forward to the challenge of such a tough conference, although I'm already fed up with recruitment. Hard to win bidding wars when your broke. lol. That's the downside to winning playoff games on the road I guess.

Even if you'd have hosted. To get promoted after the expansion season seems asinine! Let the teams have two years of development.
