In a packed and boisterous Press Room, high up in the luxurious surroundings of the Lions Den, hundreds of the Sporting Worlds most renowned journalists, waited impatiently as TUC, the outspoken owner of the Zambia Lions, took his seat at the centre of the Press Table.
Immediately the calls of "Who is it TUC?" rose from the waiting crowd. Clearing his throat TUC began -
" As many of you may know, the Zambia Lions, in search of Domination, have been identifying for some time their top FA targets to make our Defensive Line the All-League, All-Conference and All-World unit that both the Lions fans, the Zambian Public and Africa itself deserves"
A hush fell over the assorted hacks as the tension and expectation grew.
"In order to help me I'd like to invite to the stage my trusted GM Han Solo who has had an INTEGRAL role in completing what will prove to be a landmark deal for the African leagues."
A nervous looking Solo, dressed in his best Tattoine suit, took to the stage, and moved directly to the microphone.
"Welcome all” he started “I'll not prolong this any further as the stars of today are NOT TUC an I. To that end I would like to introduce to you the NEW starting DE and DT for the Zambia Lions...
Leon Colorchange and Shawne Strong"
A shocked silence settled on the room as the imposing figures of the Colorchange Boys emerged from the VIP room. Accompanied by their Agent Colorchange the trio took their seats alongside TUC and Han and faced the assembled Press.
"Yes, Herm from ESPN" said TUC indicating that questioning may begin.
Retired coach and now ESPN analyst Herm Edwards rose and fired the first question to DE Leon Colorchange:
"Leon - from Rivals to Teammates - Why the Lions?"
Colorchange paused, casting an eye toward his agent before replying
" I loved my time at the Woolsheds - hell my Brother is still playing there - but with the change of Ownership I decided it was time for a new Challenge. I couldn't imagine a better place to play than Zambia where Major Slaughter and I can convert our annual rivalry for Sack & Hurry Master into a devastating tandem that will leave most OC's with a sore head and (chuckling) a sore QB"
TUC indicated a journalist to the back of the room:
"Shawne - what do you expect to see this season for the Lions?"
Suprised by the question DT Shawne Strongs granite features cracked in a broad smile

"Thanks John - What do I expect from the Lions this coming Season? Nice question actually. A Championship Ring, a ton of TFL's and busted HB's and the chance to play on the same team as Ricky Runn - that's what I expect from this season"
Questions began to rain on the star duo from all parts of the room as the excitement began to build....
Caught on the Training ground Ricky Runn commented "We are proud and honoured that such legendary All-Pro players as Leon and Shawne have chosen to join us - I can't wait to practise with these guys"

Finally reached for comment on his Voluntary Off-Season Aid Work location in Troubled parts of the African continent Major Slaughter stated:
”Man, this is the best news I’ve heard all year. Leon and Shawne are welcome to the Team and will become integral parts in our Championship Run. Hell - I´m hoping Leon being here will stop Teams doubling me now as last season Leon and I combined for 51 Sacks and 92 Hurries...
Now grab a spade and get digging – we got wells to build!”
