"After the game, (offensive coordinator Rob) Ambrose asked me to grade myself, and I gave myself a C," Endres said. "There were some throws I could have made, but I think I did an OK job of managing the game and stuff like that. And we won 40-16."
UConn came into this season wanting to win the Big East outright after last year's co-championship. That goal will virtually disappear with a loss on Saturday.
"Who knows, West Virginia might not lose another game this season," Lutrus said. "If we want to have a chance to win the conference, this is absolutely a game we need to win."
And if the Huskies want to continue their progress, this is a mountain they need to climb
