Currently I am playing LOT but will be going to a new team after this season and I am not sure if I will be playing LOT or ROT .I am about to buy my CE gear and was not sure if I should wait to see which spot I will be at before getting the gear or does it matter ? Currently my equipment is 6 ponts into blocking and 2 into STR .I was thinking of putting all 6 points from the CE gear into blocking and then waiting to see which side I am on to add to the SA tree part of the gear .
Suggestions comments ?

Why don't you wait til you get to the new team? Why would you equip yourself to do one thing if your team wants you to do something else? Why would you ask us what to do when you should be asking your new team?

Just curious what part of this statement did you not read ?
"was not sure if I should wait to see which spot I will be at before getting the gear or does it matter "
Also I have not bought the gear but am going to and yes I do plan on asking my new team owner what he would like but silly me for asking this question in a O line specific forum as that seemed like a logical first step so that I have a good idea what works for others.

I would wait a little bit, try to check out a couple of preseason games next year and see if you can get your owner to schedule a scrimmage against a team with good ends. Because right now it's not known how the pathing changes will affect performance, and all the blocking in the world makes zero difference when the guy can zip right by you on play after play.

That sounds like great advice .I talked to the new team owner and he suggested Str and blk mix but I might wait till right before the first regular season game now after you mentioned this .So far my OT has been doing pretty decent against DE's that have been out leveling him by as much as 8 lvls so even though hes not getting the pancakes like he did in his D league ( and who does lol ) he seems to be preotecting the Qb ok which is all that really matters .Thanks for the help .
