A starting QB is needed lvl 27+
WR depth is needed and 1 or 2 starters LVL 26+
DT depth and starters needed 2-3 DTS LVL 27+
LB needed quality depth/starters lvl 28+
CB depth and starters needed 2-3 available positions LVL 27+
OT starters and depth needed 2-3 positions available LVL 27+
KR/PR specialist 2 positions available lvl 25+
Team runs on a rotational system to ensure that all players recieve atleast 30 plays a game. Starters and backups serve as equals for the most part. All players are given equal opportunity to play. NO BENCHWARMING!!!
