#2 Oklahoma Thunder



Both teams have been hoping for a re-match all season long. The first matchup shocked everyone on the Roughneck roster as we all truly thought Oklahoma would be heads and shoulders the team to beat.

I know this, TxR will have to be on the absolute top of our game and the game plan perfect to beat Oklahoma again and I'm sure we have a big red target on our jerseys after knocking them off in the regular season.

Looking forward to a great battle against a solid ballclub that I have a ton of respect for.

Well we did it once and everyone still talked all year about how Oklahoma is the best team in the league.

Maybe if we do it again we can get an iota of respect around here

pfft...I know you're joking because it would be ridiculous if you were serious. The Roughnecks get just as much respect as the Thunder. You both had the same record. We've played both of you but we've lost to them twice. Since we won our only match up against you then by default the edge goes to the Thunder from where I'm sitting. But who knows, it's a toss up when it comes down to it so we'll find out soon enough.

If Texas wins, then maybe they'll get a chance to finally beat DC Of course, thats if we don't choke again in the championship game. Heck we've only managed to do that 3 out of 4 seasons.

Well good luck man, I'd like to see you get to the top this season. Regardless of what happens we should set up another scrim this offseason. The last couple of times we've played you we were still working on stuff and using the scrims as a testing grounds. I think we've gotten better on both sides of the ball and it would be fun to see what happens.
