Due to complications with the investigation procedures of Bort vs. McTremor, the case has been thrown out and Zip McTremor (aka Mr. Panty Raider) will be allowed to finish the season without further interruption. It is currently unclear what future action the league intends to take on this matter but early reports suggest that officials may have accepted the courts ruling and do not intend to pursue the case further.

Officials declined to comment on the cause of such a sudden turn of events but sources say that unnecessary pursuit of the subject may have taken place, bringing into question the possibility of entrapment.
