Here is what im thinking, each team gets only one ballot where they nominate people from their conference, but you can only nominate 3 guys from your team on offense and 3 from your team on defense.

Ballot could look something like this

Sounds great....the official ballot should come from the owner or one of the coordinators

(Perhaps you already do this) How about a MVP vote as well? Same voting criteria as for the Pro Bowl. Just something previous leagues I've been apart of have done.

Agreed, I'll send one out to everyone and take charge of the pro bowl team, if someone else takes on the MVP, I am only going to send it to owners

This is what I am writing each and every owner

My name is Josh, and I am the primary GM of the Walhalla Dingos (Zeta conference), there has been a suggestion in the forums to have someone put together a Pro Bowl team per conference, so I have taken the liberty to chip in and take charge of this project. What I am doing is pming each owner to get his pro bowl selections for their conference and will have the pro bowl teams announced Monday October 27th. If you do not want to take part in this, that is totally fine and I understand, but if you do want to take part in it please take 20 minutes of your time and fill in this ballot and follow the rules.

Rules
1) You can only nominate 3 guys on offense and 3 guys on defense from your own team. If there are more than three, then I will choose the three I think that are deserving and throw the rest out.
2) Please don't just throw names in there, take the time to give us your best picks.
3) The entire thing does not have to be filled out, but I do ask to have at least 75% or so filled in.
4) I will only accept Ballots from owners or GM's of your team.
5) Please only fill in names from your conference
6) And lastly please get these to me before Monday 12 pm central time.

I can take care of the MVP just have them PM me their vote. 3 votes per team....Offense,Defense and Special Teams. Everyone please vote for the best in the league not just on your team. Thanks!

Or we can use the Pro Bowl vote....good idea as well....

You and I can make the final decision if there is a tie...
