For starters, it wasn't a proclamation. It was a question. exigo has a hell of a d-lineman with some pretty impressive stats - without breaking down every single guy here, in this league, he was wondering if he was, in fact, the biggest and best d-lineman in this league in this season. I am biased, but based on some pretty cursory examinations of stats, I don't see another guy that has as many measurable stats as high as his.
Secondly, why would guys in AA#1 care who was or is or might be the number 1 d-lineman in A#1 in season 5? Do they all secretly yearn to be back in A#1?
If the Ducks end up in AA#1 next year (they might) and exigo immediately starts a thread proclaiming himself the best d-lineman in that league (he won't) then go ahead and take offense or whatever.

And here is a clue for you since you obviously lack any of your own. I wasn't talking to you in my post and could give less a rats ass about what you think or wonder. Prettylew said that he didnt think anyone could stop that guy, and I beg to differ. It has nothing about wanting to be in a league Indianola fucking owned top to bottom for the most part, it has to do with interesting new challenges that werent here when we were here. I also said maybe we would get a chance to see how good he is if he made it to AA.... And if you can follow the bouncing ball, you would realize that if you do good in this league - you have a good shot at moving up next season.... guess you missed that memo. Not that it matters, we may not even be in AA next year, seeing as how we picked up the #1 seed our 1st season here and only lost 1 game all year long.
And just a secondary note - as one of the most prolific defensive coordinators to come out of this league, I take interest in new players emerging and dominating on that side of the ball. Plus there is always a chance that this guy ends up in our league next year. Plus, this guy wouldnt have to worry about me in AA if he posted this thread b/c there are plenty of d-lineman that would beat me to it. But for all we knwo he could be better than them... just never heard anyone semi pimp their players like thsi outside of cerno and Iowa Jones.... and well, lets just say Indianola showed Iowa the way......
In the end it is just fun to come back and get mixed up in the shit talking.. Noone really says much in our forums and it gets boring... so I go hunting for clips to jump on. This happened to catch my eye, so I jumped right in and made a wise crack about it. I have no idea what your part in this is, not that I have any real part either... but at least I established myself in this league before we left, and our team handled business. So, until you crown a new champ this season- Indianola STILL owns the A#1.... and quite possibly when you crown a new one, we will become the owners of AA#1 to make things even out a bit.
