Now, how bad would you feel if we tried that and our defense beat you?

Nah, this game's going to be a good one, I believe. Definitely no pushover this year for our Alpha Draw, unlike last year's old Gainesville squad. Haha, we really could, as nothing's on the line. Except a perfect regular season and pride, and all that stuff.

I do hope that if we do win in Week 16, that it doesn't cost you a 2nd-round home playoff game. Been on the rough side of that before, and it's not cool.

Has anyone looked at the possible scenarios for Alpha tiebreakers if needed? Looks like we need things to break in our favour to make the playoffs again.

Well, if I lose and the Ironmen, the Devils, and the Pimp Slappers win (which the Pimp Slappers and Ironmen should, they got very, very easy draws) then the Ironmen will be in 2nd place. There will be a 3 way tie for 3rd and points scored is what matters. At this point I lead in points scored but the Pimp slappers are close behind and have an easy draw so that could go badly. If the Devils lose and the Pimp Slappers win I will be in 3rd because of head to head.

At the bottom where there could be another tie we have the Krauts with a guaranteed win as they are playing one of the gutted teams. Easter Island could lose, the Throwback Cowboys likely cannot win. The Mud Crabs way lead the point differential in a 3 or 4 way tie but both of those are unlikely. Easter Island won head to head so even if it is just a 2 way tie with them the Mud Crabs are out of the playoffs. They need a 3 way tie which requires Los Cabos to win or Christchurch to lose. It seems very unlikely.

Yeah, I am impressed by what you guys have done but... I really don't see it. It's like my game this week too. I think we do a pretty good job but sometimes the talent mismatch is so high it doesn't really matter how you game plan. Top that in this case you're playing one of the best run teams in the league... it's bleak. I'm right there with you and I can tell you it's bleak.

I like the prediction on this end...I hope its that easy for us here in Christchurch

This is true.

Well we should have won the Mud Crab game but i screwed up the AI some and shoulda score much more but I adjusted and we finished strong. I think we can keep it much closer than that prediction and if a few things fall our way i think we can pull it out but I do know the deck is stacked against us. We only projected ourselves to win 5 this season and be happy with that but 1 game from the playoffs makes us have much higher hopes for next season for sure.

GL cowboys im sure it will be closer than the prediction.

This is true.

The Cowboys are a much tougher matchup than they appear. They are probably the most improved Alpha team since the beginning of the season.
