we will get a better idea of tactics if Bort moves teams around depending on level. Hard to say now because teams are very uneven (talent wise) Our team is much better because we recruited much better players. Time will tell if our coordinators are any good.

Well to be honest so far in our league I'd have to say that the Edmonton Experiments did the best gameplanning with the talent they had last season...

Gameplanning != having all your zombie players on the same page.
They were good because every single player had their tactics set perfectly to the gameplan and every player had a perfectly complimentry build, thanks to the fact that one guy owned them all.
The only thing that stands between any of us and doing what they did is the desire to spend a grand on your team
To run that team for 2 seasons costs roughly $930 (creation, team dues, boosts, custom eq). And over 300/season just to boost beyond that.

Yeah the Experiments are dicks.
Props to teams like the Maniacs and the Rockstars who actually recruit and game plan and have more than one person owning all the players on a team. There should be a penalty against teams who do that which they never implemented because they make way too much money off those teams.

True it does give him a bit of an advantage but I was an OC for a USA team that beat a one man team very easily a few year in a row with an equal talent team, it still comes down to your gameplan and if done right with unequal teams you can beat anyone which unfortunately the Rockstars have found this out in the playoffs... But then Again, I wouldn't mind having they're regular season record myself even with the playoff losses. They are a tough team to beat which I have the pleasure to attempt to do with my very underacheiving team in a few days.

Agreed, but my point was simply that they didn't even win the league last year and they had an unholy advantage.
Now for horn tooting. I vote us, based on us being the only league champion still in the league (this assumes Edmonton and Yukon are not counted).

Since everyone is voting for themselves, I'll nominate Way too.
But I really do like what we have been able to do this season. We certainly do not have dominate levels overall but outside of our loss to Sparta300, I feel like we have planned well for every game.

Of course everybody will say their own team, I believe that this thread is the best tactical team not the best team overall and I would have to say that The Way have proven themselves very well beating Sactown and my team 2 weeeks in a row.
Nothing taking away from Montreal and Sparta who do well in recruiting.
This is just taking a look at the East only.
