Pro Zeta - one gut in Pro Reef Sharks 50% chance going to AAA #2.
AAA#2 - 2 bad teams but no more.
So for Zeta it looks like 1 to move up plus a 25% chance someone moves up to replace the Reef Sharks (25% each from AA1,2,3,and 4)
Alpha Pro - No guts, normal relegation/promotion.
AAA#2 - 2 guts, normal promotion/relegation.
Doesn't look like a lot of folks moving up. but there is going to be a lot of guys coming up into AA #3 from below.
Zeta - Replacement relegated AAA gut job, and Huli, Mutineers and Demon Dawgs, and possibly the Reef Shark replacement. So 4 maybe 5 new teams from AA.
Alpha - Replacement for relegated AAA gut job and Seattle and Suva. Looks like 3 new guys coming up.
All in all not a huge turnover, more teams coming up than good teams moving up. Should help the league overall as we won't be gaining any gut jobs from AAA. But I guess this doesn't matter as we hope to get lucky in the playoffs and move up to AAA
