GOTW 1*Prince George's Kings 12-0 @ Saulte Ste. Marie Silver Bullets 10-2

After a bit of a scare against the Flash last week, the Silver Bullets definitely look like they might go 0-3 over the next 3 weeks. Still no shame in a 11-5 season and they still might win the Winnipeg game, but they certainly aren't on the level of the big 4 yet. I believe that PGK secured themselves an undefeated season with their amazing win over Northern Lights. Hopefully, they don't fall in the first round like some other undefeated teams not-to-be-named have in the past. The only good news about the Lights loss is that it basically secures the Rockstars the #2 seed even if we lose to Norfolk'n. Hell, I might be convinced to throw the game for a little greasin' the palms from the Way *wink wink.*

Kings 34 Silver Bullets 7

Alberta Vampires 0-12 @ San Diego Rockstars 11-1

Been looking forward to getting our stats in line with some other teams for a while...this should help.

GOTW 2*Northern Lights 10-2 @ Moose Jaw Jackalopes 10-2

Basically a match up for the #3 seed in the playoffs, unless the Lights win and find a way to lose two of their remaining games (there's a prayer because they have a tough schedule). After last week, the Lights have to be praying to the sim Gods for more luck this week. Nothing more aggravating then completely dominating a game from a yardage perspective, but giving up 3 defensive TDs. At least they got this one out of their system in the regular season. Northern Lights has definitely been the more impressive team in the big games this season even though both are 0-2. Moose Jaw will have to hope for some big plays in the passing game to pull one off against the Lights who may opt for a more conservative game plan this week and grind it out. Feels like Moose Jaw might have lost a step this season...I could be wrong.

Lights 27 Jackalopes 13

Toronto Fightin' Loons 4-8 @ Grim Afterlife 8-4

With a big win over Winnipeg, Grim sneaks into the #6 slot currently. The way the rest of the season shapes up, there could be a 3 way tie at 11-5 for the 5th playoff spot and currently Grim is behind in the all-important total points tiebreaker. They need to win games and win them big to move ahead in the points race. Though the Loons aren't mathematically eliminated, the 8 playoff teams have pretty much been decided already. The Loons will try to keep this one competitive, but they just aren't as good.

Afterlife 38 Loons 14

Thunder Bay Huskies 2-10 @ Winnipeg Falcons 8-4

Falcons need to keep their lead in the points race as their could be a 3-way tie for 5th with each team having a 1-1-1 record. They need to show no mercy on a Huskies team that has a big game with Southpark looming that pending a Magicians victory over Southpark, could determine who stays in A next season.

Falcons 60 Huskies 3

Winnipeg Wolverines 7-5 @ Atlanta Flash 4-8

Wolverines are the #8 seed, but not by a lot. With the way the Flash are playing, they could be smelling upset in this one. Luckily Winnipeg pulled Albany for their final game so they're guaranteed that final playoff spot. They won the games they needed to this season to put them in that spot and this is a similar game to that. One thing is for sure though, the Flash could be a team to be reckoned with if they have a good off-season.

Wolverines 38 Flash 30

Bort's Wrath 4-8 @ North Pole Yetis 4-8

I know the Wrath have put up a fight in some games, but the Yetis should be better here.

Yetis 24 Wrath 10

Southpark Cows 1-11 @ Edmonton Magicians 1-11

Well, this is a huge game for these two teams. I would hope no one would want to be down in BBB next season and the Magicians have no reason to be other than blowing some games early in the season that they should not have lost. This is their last chance. If the Cows lose, they could still pull the Huskies back into the relegation picture. It's possible that either team might want to be relegated and they have the perfect opportunity to throw a game here. The Cows appear to be some sort of slow-build farm team and they perform well for their levels, but can they really overcome the level difference? I'm betting on it.

Cows 38 Magicians 23

great write up, I really enjoy them.

I hope we do not go 0 for the next three but one can never tell. Hope this is a little closer than the last game against the big 4.

I appreciate the effort many have put inot this league board. Last year this board was kind of dead. Glad to see it turning the corner (especially as it looks like we may be here for a few years..lol)

The Flash team is really doing a great job, lots of respect for them. Also, Edmonton fought off relegation tonight. Moose Jaw went up 10-0 and then it was all Lights.

i think the flash may be going to the playoffs the Winnipeg Wolverines have two tough games and a easy one so will most likely finish 8-8

the flash have three games we will most likely win so we would finish 8-8

the yetis have 1 tough game wich will put them at 7-9

so the flash still have hope!!!!

Definitely missed some words there. Meant to say "guaranteed that final playoff spot with a win here."

Oh and absolutely the Flash have a shot at making the playoffs, which would be quite impressive.

Lights finally took down their arch nemesis. If the opponents knew that little fact or not is irrelevant, lol.

Great game Moose Jaw, the Lights went back to playing football like they know how. Smashing heads together and not asking for any names.

I just wanted to say that, as a member of the Cows, I really enjoy your weekly analysis.
