which is more fun to play as,which one has a better chance of playing,more productive,better impact on the game and which one helps the team better.What are the pros and cons???

"Productive" is a relative term for both positions. A LOT these days won't get many pancakes, since the current builds need to account for CB-like ends, and a nose tackle's job is to clog the middle and take 2-3 blockers, letting the LBs and DEs make plays. Don't make either if you don't want to actually break down replays to see how you did.

Having both, I would say a DT if you build it right is more fun but they can both definitely be fun. It's a lot more disappointing when your OT messes up than when your DT messes up though.
