All CPU teams are going to be dropped to the bottom tier, and x amount of teams are moving up (details from Bort on the way)

If they're dropping teams down, there's going to be teams moving up. I'd assume something around the top 4 of every league is moving up, but I'm not sure

There is a thread that has been talking about this and the jist is, higher level teams are regrouped and move up to a new league with middle teams staying while the lower 2-4 move down

i'm confused, it sounds like league champions this season could actually advance two steps... is there a contingency for that? instead of "playoff games" it refers to games in current league?
