There is a false bit of Intrigue in the top 4, this week. With Hitmen 3rd in the league, they have not yet (mathematically) clinched home field advantage in the playoffs. Realistically they have considering their cross conference game is against a team full of level 11 players. This next game between the Vendetta and the Hitmen decides who takes the third seed and who takes the fourth seed.

The second bit of actual intrigue is that the Mavericks are still quite in it for catching up to and possibly taking Round Rock's 8th spot in the playoffs. Round Rock has to play the Roughnecks and the cross conference game of DC. Both are better teams on paper than Round Rock.

The Mavericks have to play the Thunder and a cross conference team that is on paper an equal team. If Round Rock loses both games and the Mavs win the cross conference, then they'll squeak into the playoffs by half a game.

I think I'm right in that the 2 win teams in the west are all eliminated except the Horn, since Round Rock has beat the other 2 already.

Battle for #7 / #8 (With My Picks in Bold

Little Haiti
Round Rock (in tie-breaker over Allen)
Allen
Omaha (Mathematically still in, but brutal ending to the schedule eliminates them)

Yes, I know, most of the teams in east are out as well, but not mathematically, so I didn't want to be biased in any way, just wanted a mathematical representation of the standings.

Yeah, how knows, we could win out and Bullets, Bears, Whorns and Exiles lose out.

If the Bullets beat the Care Bears they should be in the playoffs. I like their schedule they could easily get 3 more wins, and Oregon will be a tough game but give them a great feel for where they are.

We(French Lick) finally got a decent draw out of the West. The last couple years we had to play a two of the toughest teams. For us it's win and we are in, and I think it is probably the same for the Bullets.

Like you said though mathematically a lot of teams are still alive.

Actually, just edited the post. Hitmen have clinched, since they beat Round Rock, and if they lose the next 4 and round rock wins they'll have the better head to head.

Oh trust me, I have no doubts about that, but as I said, this is only a mathematical representation, and your spot is not yet locked in that regard.

I can't speak for the East but the West playoffs are gonna be a brawl. Everyone has been beaten and there have been some really impressive games going down the stretch. IMO its going to come down to who's builds and tactics have improved the most over the course of the season.

West playoffs are always a beast.
I'm just happy not to have to play the Legends in the first round for a change

There's not really a team out of the 8 that I'd enjoy having to game plan for. Even if we are fortunate enough to end up as the #1 seed we won't be able to sleep against the #8.

I'll be damned if Voodoo doesn't get in the playoffs. Especially with the teams left on the schedule.

You'll be in. Might be a short stay but I think you're in easily as the #7 seed.

Anyway.... here's how I see things.... realize I'm on EST and I'm tired so deal w/it....

Thunder : Not losing any more games. Either the #1 or #2 seed.

Roughnecks : Still have Longhorns & Vendetta, but should be the favorite in both games. Anywhere from #1 to #4.

Vendetta : Three tough games left, hard to say who's the favorite in those games. Could end up anywhere from #2 to #5.

Hitmen : Two tough games left, but are the favorites in both. Could be anywhere from #2 to #6.

Voodoo : They're not losing the rest of the way and will end up either #5, #6 or #7.

Spartans : They're only losing at most 1 game. Could end up at #4, #5, or #6

Longhorns : Have two tough games (Roughnecks, Hitmen) left. Could end up anywhere from #4 - #7.

Whoever #8 is.... good luck... you'll have a very tough 1st round matchup.

My Guess @ How it'll end up :
Roughnecks
Thunder
Hitmen
Vendetta
Spartans
Voodoo
Longhorns
???? No clue ????
