I think the confidence got left behind a bit about 2/3rds of vision i try to keep
your tatics would also factor depending on your DC

Yeah, get about 30 confidence and 40 catching, and you should start seeing some.

Get your str up a little bit more. Get it to about 25. and you will start seeing more int's.

also your speed is way too low.
