At the ROT you'll want to take advantage of higher strength to support the run game. I'd get strength to 60, then blocking to 60 to take full advantage of natural level gains and not have to spend 3:1 later in your career. Plenty of agile DEs on the left, so you'll need agility and speed up (but maybe not as much as a LOT). Stamina, vision, confidence are obviously your minors, though I feel vision is far underrated.
If you're building a pure ROT, strength to 68 wouldn't hurt but your build would take about 4 more levels to balance out. And if this is the case, you really will only wan 2 points in the pass SA tree, in pass block. Absorb pain is the only other worthwhile SA up there, and it has too much of an investment cost to be bothered with imo.
