Sorry for taking the week off last time around - Kids have a habit of eating up your available time:

This time around we have some interesting match-ups that could play a serious part in the run in for the Lucrative Home Bank Account Games

Burundi Scorpions vs. Windhoek White Rhinos
Not the first team to struggle with the Lions/Rhinos back-to-back dates after the under-rated Jackals saw their run ended by this 1-2 Shot. This time around the struggling Scorpions, having given up 159 yds to the Leagues leading Rusher Ricky Runn, now have to work out how to stop the #2 Chris 'Beanie' Wells. The unbeaten Rhinos look in no mood to surrender their record and only a miracle, or act of Bort, looks likely to save the Boys from Burundi from dropping to .400
Rhinos maintain their Charge

Barbary Coast Pirates vs. Oum-Chalouba Zebras
Zebras, Zebras - Where for art Thou Zebras from last season ? This is the battle of the basement dwellers (or should be but 30% of the Division is sitting at 1 Win...or less) with the Pirates falling short in their attempts to rustle up a Zebra steak.
Zebras by enough to win

Valla Beach Woolsheds vs. Zambia Lions
Hell - this is always a good game with the Colorchange Boys although they are the next team to face up to the Lions/Rhinos 1 -2. Lions run the ball Very Well with the #2 Ranked Rush but also throw well with the #4 Ranked passing game. Woolsheds have worked really hard over the previous weeks in strengthening their Roster and now present a much formidable proposition than at the start of the Season to the degree that they are now ranked offensively #6 and #7 respectively. Touch game to call and quite probably one of the games of the week if not THE game of the week....
Lions take the win - but hell it'll be a good game!

Niger Mambas vs. Gabon Pathers
The Mambas are like a good Ley Preacher - capable of getting even the mist agnostic of us on our feet shouting "I BELIEVE!" - and would certainly appear to be the Lion Suprise package. They've come out of the 1st half of their schedule at 8-1 (including wins over the Kings and Woolsheds) and face up to the outgunned Panthers in what can only be a win for the Hypercoaster Dendroaspis from Africa (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&defl=en&q=define:mamba&sa=X&oi=glossary_definition&ct=title)
Mambas by a country mile.

Calumet Hitmen Cartel vs. Kalahari Vikings
Despite a fantastic effort in both games the Cartel have slipped to 4-5 after back to back poundings from the Lions and Rhinos (Why, Oh why merciless GLB gods did that have to happen?). The Cartel are a consistently better team than their record suggests and will provide to much Murder-Death-Kill for a Vikings team trying to limp safely back to Friendly waters.
Hitmen Cartel Code 187 the Vikings.

Rwanda Rainmakers vs. Djibouti Jackals
The Jackal are growing on me more and more and I'm tempted to name them Solo's Sleepers. A quick check of the roster/builds tell's the real story behind this team. Despite a 2 game slide to the Lions/Rhinos this team is the Real Deal. The Rainmakers have held their own well this season - losing to the top and beating those they should - only the Jackals are not one they should nor will beat.
Jackals by a clear 40 points.

Cape Verde Kings vs. Aardglass Beerbroks
Yeah - like you need me to tell you that one?

Buckeye Nation vs. Lagos Eagles
With multiple players called CPU and a Defense that looks more porous than pumice rock the Eagles will provide nothing more than a test opportunity for the Nations New AI settings.
Nation by a bucket load.

Game of the Week:

Woolsheds vs Lions

This will be an epic battle that the excellent Shed's management team will be scheming to win. The Lions are on a roll and boast outstanding depth all around. Key recent signings by the Shed's make this game even more interesting.

Have fun and may the force be with you.

Han

Was our game so close that you are confusing us Nation with the Kings now?
