Warrior General Games

Trying my hand at this one. Wanted to post them a little earlier to give folks a chance to disagree and trash talk.

#1 Reapers over #21 Knuckleheads – Top ranked passing offense vs. the 18th ranked passing defense. This could get messy.

#2 Tommies over #29 Machine – Tommies will put up some serious points in this one.

#8 Bloodsuckers over #9 Artic Blast – Bloodsuckers get back on track after tough loss to the Reapers. The Blast’s 4th ranked passing game could make it rough on the 22nd rank pass defense, but expect the Bloodsucker to prevail it what is sure to be a close game.

#10 Blues over #23 Munkees – Blues are enjoying a 5 game win streak and will add to it this week with what should be an easy win over the struggling Munkeeys.

#12 Cannibals over #18 Wraiths – I can’t compromise my predictions. The Wraiths have won 2 in a row, but it looks like that is as far as the streak will go. The Cannibals have a strong pass defense (#3) and it will be too much for the Wraiths to overcome.

#16 Monkeys over #17 Warriors – This should be a close one. The key matchup will be the Warriors 7th ranked running offense vs. the Monkeys 4th ranked run defense. Defense will win the game.

#20 Outlaws over #32 Mustangs – Outlaws get the win over Mustangs…not much more can be said.

#24 Brawlers over #26 Colts – Should be close game, but neither of these teams will be in the post season.

Opps...Tommies are #6, not #2.

I was lookin at all your players the other day and I saw your #58 DT Roll Tide player and I thought that was pretty cool..

Looks like someone beat me to it this week... well guess I'll just throw my write up in here.

Grim Reapers (9-0) at Warsaw Knuckleheads (3-6)
After beating Transylvania pretty handily last week, everyone now has their bullseye fully on the reapers. They have done a great job building their team, and have defiantly proven they are the team to beat this season. They head to Warsaw looking to go 10-0 and I just don't think the Knuckleheads will slow them down. The Reapers by 35+.

Transylvania Bloodsuckers (7-2) @ Amsterdam Arctic Blast (8-1)
The Blast survived a close call last week to the D-Monks in which a safety was the difference maker, while the Bloodsuckers fell to the Reapers in a shootout. This is probably your game of the week, as both these teams look to battle for the #2 seed. In the end, I think the Transylvania passing attack will be too much and they'' steal a win on the road, 35-31.

And now... I have to go to class. Will do the other 6 games tonight when I'm done.

Gotta agree. I expected that game to be a lot closer. Also thought that the Colts/Brawlers matchup would be closer and I picked the wrong winner...
