So I know I'm going to be relocated after this season and given that I thought I'd seek advice. Could some of you guys from the East send a little advice my way? I'm looking through tactics and trying to get this turned around. I know Chemistry is the first issue with my team and the level issue but I'm hoping you might be willing to look over my team and help give me a little focus.

Thanks guys!

I hate to break it to you, but you're probably not going anywhere next season. There are two other teams worse than you.

The best advice I can give you from the West...recruit, recruit, recruit. Your shallow in level so you have to keep up on everyone's player builds. Make sure your players are building their guys the right way. After that, you just need better players on your team.

I know you may have thought getting moved down to BBB would make life better, but your team won't be able to compete there either. At best you'll be a sub 500 team in BBB. You have to bring in more talent!

I think he's going on the assumption that Bort plans a major reorganization at the end of this season. If that happens, he very well may move.

As for how to improve, obviously keep recruiting. Try to do as much stadium construction as possible during the offseason...ticket revenue will be key.

Watch some of the close games in the league and see if you can figure out how teams stop certain plays. I'd like to help out, but I'm loaded down now as it is trying to keep my team going in the right direction.

I was going with that! I thought that they said teams like mine were being moved at the end of the season? Maybe not?

I'm still working on getting more players that would put me closer in talent level. We'll see how it all works out I suppose.

That gave me a lot of insight that I didn't have going into this. It's funny because I had put myself on the owner list less than a week before I got my team. I had planned on having more time to prepare.

I'm glad to have it though and will keep working to get competitive.

Thanks for the help!

Take lower level players and watch their builds like it's your job. Because it is. Level isn't everything, because lower leveled players can beat higher ranked and leveled teams if they have good builds.

Make sure you have players in it for the long haul. You'll have a lot of losing before you start winning.

Stop by #VE_football on IRC. We talk builds and tactics all the time there.
