It would be fun to see Big 12 Offenses on SEC Defenses.

Here are my 6 SEC uglies, Big 12 kids:

UGA
Florida
LSU
Alabama
Auburn
UT (admittedly, this one was a tough pick)

Who are you putting against this group?

UT? I would put Baylor up against them! UT sucks! Crompton has to be one of the worst QB's in the country. What's nicer than that is Fulmer will keep starting him. I would put KU, TT, UT, Mizzou, OU, and eithe OSU or CU against that group! (The Baylor thing was a joke, just a little bit of sarcasm). I think at worst, it would be a 3-3 split! The Big 12 has speed!

I think NU could be UT, the way they're looking! That, I am being serious about!

I would put against them:
Oklahoma
Mizzou
t.u.
Colorado
Tortilla Tech
Kansas (not sure here)

While I agree with you that Crompton is pile, I just think between UT's Defense and Arian Foster at RB they would pound the soft Big 12 Defenses. I'm a realist when it comes to Vandy and the jury is still out on Carolina's offesne even with a stout Defense.

Just about any school in the FBS has at least some speed at the skill positions (except maybe Notre Dame), they just don't have the overall TEAM speed like the SEC has. Just ask OSU.

Like I said powerful Offense against powerful Defense would be great to see, but last time I check the old adage isn't "Offense wins Championships."

Advantage SEC, 4-2.

I don't think so. I really think Vandy, even though they have been the doormat for so long, will stomp a mudhole in TN! If Foster could hold on to the ball, he may be able to pick up some yards on the bottom tier Big 12 teams, but he wouldn't be consistently great. Still too early to tell though

GO DAWGS. I'm definitely a little nervous about this weekend. That 6 foot 7 360 pound Mount Cody dude on Bama's d-line could definitely wreak some havoc on our young O-line. I guess we'll have to plan on a lot of outside runs and screen passes.

SEC is the best conference in college football right now hands down. Big 12 is second, the rest don't really matter aside from USC.

That's going to be a great game to watch! Unfortunately, it's around the same time as NU and VaTech. I think the experience of UGA will be too much for Bama, although the rest of the SEC should look out! I will agree that I think the SEC is stronger, but not by that much. One thing you're right about is the fact that the rest of them suck!

Tortilla Tech? I get it but if that is the best you've got on Tech, you should really keep quiet Aggie. No offense, but your university constantly embarrasses itself in front of the nation. Case in point is the Aggie nut squeeze on National TV by the Corp Dorks! Oh, and your football team is a joke as well. Good luck on nt finishing last in the Big 12 South

If I were take the Top 6 SEC and Big, I see it breaking down like this (this is on neutral site):

Oklahoma vs Florida - Oklahoma
Missouri vs LSU - Missouri
Texas vs Georgia - Georgia
Tech vs Alabama - Tech
Kansas vs Auburn - Kansas
Colorado vs Tenn - Tenn (I'm not sold Colorado is all that good)

4-2 in favor of the Big 12

I thought you would like that Tortilla Tech bit. Did you see the Leach interview on the other thread. LOL Very funny.

We are down right now in football, that is for sure. Fran ran the program into the dirt, He could not beat Big 12 schools, but he could beat SEC schools. That should tell you which conference is harder.

I would say the Big 12 goes 4-2 against the SEC.

I just hope Sherman can get some speed on the team, we looked like turtles against miami.

Told you Dagwood. It was only a matter of time! LOL I know there's a lot of hatred for the Aggies in the state of Texas outside of College Station. I really think CU would take TN in a heartbeat. OSU would stomp them, even if their D has slightly improved at minimum.

I see Auburn and Alabama games shaking out differently here. I think a UF/OU match up would be classic, and could go either way. That would be great game! Old Stoopsie play'n against his past.

Hopefully we'll get a chance to see some of these come bowl season.
