I think we should start our very own pro bowl for our league. I am going to set up a list based purely on stats from each position (for alpha and zeta). The list will be of the top ten players at each position. (done during week 10) Then one representative from each team can send me there votes thru pm. (deadline- last day of regular season)

will it be by conference or just the whole league?

I think it definitely should be by conference. Zeta doesn't have 4 gutted/worthless teams to help pad those stats!

I like the idea, but I don't think individual stats are fair. Team stats would give more of an idea.

Often D guys get lots of stats on poor teams with no depth. Doesn't mean they are particularly good. Likewise a 2-QB system has no chance even if they lead the conference in total passing.

Could we rank the top 3 D-lines, WR corp, etc? Take more time... but it would be cool. And then maybe highlight a few individuals from each group.

i like this kind of thing since it would remove most bias.

and yes it will be done for both conferences instead of one for just league
