I am a new owner, and I just purchased this team two Saturday's ago. I was on a long waiting list, so I didn't have a choice of which team I wanted.
When I recived the team, it was "gutted." I had 4 total players. ALL CPU.
I was ranked 2nd to last in my league in the pre-season, because of the "gut job."

Since taking over the team, I have been aggressive in recruiting. I have made over 40 trades and several FA signings. I now have a full roster with depth at each position. I also have 6 solid GM's. Each has only 1 main role, so they can focus on doing their job the best they can.
I have built the 2nd ranked offense in the USA A #7 League. I just recently shot up the rankings from the pre-season. I have moved up four spots. I am even getting praise from the league for the job I have done, in such a short amount of time.

I also have a huge stadium. I am complete to the 200 levels. My Stadium GM is going to be in charge of getting the Stadium built to the 300 levels by next season. My finance GM has already set a budget and projections to cover all salaries, bonuses, trades, etc and still come up with a sizable profit at season end.

I know that my team might not be the most attractive situation for your player right now, but I guarantee you, this team is going to make noise sooner, rather than later. I am looking for those players that want to be part of a huge turnaround. I am looking for players who want to be the leaders of an up and coming team, not back-ups on a already good team. Players who want to be part of something "special."
I need to improve my defense. My offense is very good. My defense needs improvment. I believe if I add a few superstars on defense, my team will be a force to rekon with, as early as this season. Therefore, I am asking all high level STAR players to consider the Bombers.
I will give him max contract, starting job, whatever it takes for them to join my team. Please join my team.
