Hey Zeta, we might have a few gutted teams, might win a few blowouts, but in the End who will stand tall?

Just wanted a Zeta thread in here to post about games.

Well at least the ones that mean something!

The Diamond Dealers play Valencia in a few games. We might be held to less than 500 yards in that one. Jesus, I hate gutted teams. The stats in this league will be so screwed up by the end of the season.

We just got done with a nail-biter, but we don't see another 'real' game for like a week to come.

Yeah it is always sad to see the gutted teams. We just have to really welcome these new owners and show them the hospitality that is Zeta (at least in the forum) on the field they can take their beatings!

The tough part of our schedule started today and we pulled out the victory. Our next 4 games are in this order: Hamburg, Antwerp, Konoha, and then Quebec. Now there are other quality (non-gutted teams) on our schedule after this but all the 'wild stats' games are towards the end of our schedule.

I believe the Antwerp game coming up is one of a couple games I circled on the schedule! We want to have a quality showing in those.

Hopefully Newcastle can help counter one of the guttings. We weren't very good last season, finishing 4-12. I made some solid additions to the team for season 5, and I think we could be a second tier team this time around (I'd put Antwerp, Quebec, and Valencia in the 1st tier). I won't know until we've been tested more thoroughly.

Thanks for the welcome. We (Parma Panthers) are certainly getting our share of whoopings but we are trying to build the right way with an eye toward Season Six.

Valencia vs. Antwerp

Solid performance on both sides of the ball. I tip my cap to the Diamond Dealers for being an absolute tough team. This victory means quite a bit to our organization and officially puts us on the map. Best of luck the rest of the season.
