ALPHA GAME OF WEEK:

Pingree Grove Pits at Mount Fiji Dogs:
The Pits are currently the #1 team in Alpha, owning the longest win streak in the entire league. This won't last long, but if they play well they might be able to enjoy it another week. The Dogs suffered a big loss last week, and are eager to play a more evenly matched opponent. Will Pingree be their chew toys? or will the Pits continue their streak another game. This one will be close. DOGS by 6

Ho Chi Minh Hookers at Algeria Addiction:
Despite the ever-improving skills of the Hookers, they are unable to satisfy the Algerian's addiction. Hookers don't get blown out, but Algeria has their way with them. ADDICTION by 17

Cambodia Mountain Men at Salford Storm:
A very close game that might be decided in overtime. Salford ekes out an early lead, but the Mountain Men are able to weather the Storm. MOUNTAIN MEN by 3

Mongolian Horde at Columbus Black Knights:
The Knights have quality, but the Horde has way too much quantity. Columbus gets on the scoreboard, but are quickly overcome by the Horde. HORDE by 24

Krungthep Garudas at Hiroshima Radiation:
Normally a very competitive game, the recent abandoning and gutting of Hiroshima allows the Garudas to have an unofficial bye week. Their backups run up the score in a blow out. GARUDAS by 35

Phuket Water Dragons at Tibet Psychonauts:
One of the better new teams gives one of the AA#1 Old Guard a run for their money. The Water Dragons are kept on their toes, but their experience pays off in the end. WATER DRAGONS by 10

Manila Cyberballers at Pontianak Firebirds:
The Cyberballers have stepped up thier game in the offseason, but their not quite good enough yet to take on the Firebirds at home. They play well, but will need to add a piece or two to their puzzle before they can win games like this. FIREBIRDS by 14

AFEF Hooligans at Padang Lightning:
After a disappointing loss last week, the Lighting will be looking for redemption in their homecoming game. The Hooligans are more than happy to oblige them as target practice. This one could get ugly. LIGHTNING by 35

Nice work Fool. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hooker bit. Hooker jokes are like farts... pretty much always funny.

We all like to win... but that was just sick... I could hear the crowd yelling "mercy! Mercy!"...

Thanks. I'm feeling a measure of hope now. Enough to set my goal for the season to end up at least .500. It may be a bold goal, but you have to set the bar high.
