East is a LOT weaker than it was last season - but still tougher than the West IMO

No offense to the fine folks over in the Milwaulkee org, but.....they're going to be easy pickin's in the East this year.
Dread City, however, has put last years disappointing finish behind us, and we're ready to jump back up towards the top.
