Warrior General Games

Hey guys, I'm mcgovern10, DC of the Las Vegas Stunners and poster-extraordinnaire of this season's power rankings for the Western Conference. I thought I'd put a thread on here letting you all know I'll be getting on the waiting list to procure my own team for Season 6.

I currently have commitments for half the roster (all created at end of last season, half of which boosted to level 4), mostly from agents of A7 teams, and either owner's themselves, or GMs with gold/silver trophies, so we'll be well-coached. I have still some positions left, and since the USA A7 conference is one of the best in the game I thought I would recruit on here. Let me know on here or via PM if you're interested, have questions about playing time, strategy, the team philosophy, etc.

Below is the list of positions I still need, so feel free to create a player now! Starters are yet to be determined, as we will have to see how everyone does after a year in the D Leagues, and I have always been a big believer in open tryouts...they have movies based on them for a reason, you know!

Oh, and on a sidenote, a few of the players I have committed already have a certain predisposition for incorporating the words "Pimp" and "Juice" into their player's names. Just a little FYI in case you want to fit in once you're here...

* i will NOT be signing a ton of human players, and will only sign CPU backups on an as-needed basis, so playing time will not be an issue unless your stamina is poor. i will try to get all human players as close to 50 plays/game as possible to maximize XP during our first season.

EDIT 9.23.08 11:35 a.m. CT: I haven't heard back from htm11 as to whether he is creating a HB for the team and may be in need of another one.

Hey! You're the agent of Freddie Weathers...i HATED that fucking guy! Used to give me FITS as the DC of the Stunners! I'd love to have you on board, you obviously know how to build a player...

I see you have a level 1 Punter, if you don't have any plans for him, I'll take him. Other than that, what position are you interested in creating?

Nope, I'm down to just a WR and a FS now...you could always build me a TE that I play at WR that's built for half and half--blocking and receiving? I'd love to have the option next season and I've been trying to get the owner of the team my level 27 TE is on to let him play WR forEVER! I'd also put him on special teams blocking and as my backup fullback seeing as how i will only have 1 FB on my roster.

Okay, I talked myself into yet....yes, build the TE! I'll send you an invite to our private forum so you can see what we're all about...

I'll make a FS.

I should have a player or two available.

FS position has been filled, but we do need one more CB, the final addition (i mean it this time) to the roster.

Also, an opportunity for a HB has arisen as I haven't heard back from htm11 as to whether he would build one for the team or not. He currently doesn't have one created and I'm waiting to hear back from him.

Ahh I already made the FS....

I'll play backup if you want..
