Everyone looking forward to season 5 yet? Hows the recruitment, re-signing going for everyone? We have done ok at the Crusaders so far and just need to finalise the last 1 or 2 moves to make us ready for the new season. I think you will all find us a bit tougher this year although our plan is to challlenge for the playoffs next season.

Let's just say that I'm glad that I'm not handling the recruiting this year. Looks to still be a pain in the ass for certain positions.

I did it at the end of season 3 and it drove me nuts. This time I took a bit of a break from GLB and let ST do the recruiting.

It drove him nuts too.

This season was ridiculous. We had 2 main posiitons in need of strengthening and managed neither - despite dozens of people available, I was only able to even get a reply from about 4 of them, and 3 of those were instant 'no thanks' messages.

I think the game's unfortunately pre-disposed to crippling teams that have been unsuccessful for a bit - this season especially is looking already like it's going to financially cripple us with simply not enough cash from anything to pay for the players that we have that will hit L32.

There needs to be some kind of revenue sharing if the teams lower down are to have any chance of improving and recruiting players, otherwise the rich just get richer and the poor fall off.

Recruiting while rebuilding has been tough, but I think we will be a little more competitive this season. We still have a few more peices to fill, but we are on the right track. We have a new name (Helmsdale Highlanders) and a new attitude. We look forward to this new season.

The Landstuhl Liberty have nothing and are pretty much going to be the whipping boys this year. The owner has gone inactive(hopefully he is okay), and nobody has control over anything else. It is so hard to recruit in this league. The only thing I could do is sign a bunch of level 1 newbies.

This is the third straight owner that has gone inactive on us, at least while I've been on the team. We need to get relegated badly so that we can regain our footing a bit. Have fun stat padding against us, Zeta Conference.

I fully expect Veg to to pick off at least three passes, and record 10 tackles with two FF, one taken all the way by him personally for a touchdown, on top of 1 sack and at least two TFL. That's just how he rolls.

I knew that. If it were your CB, those totals would be much higher. Duh. You're dumb.

My SS is lame, it just flirts with cheerleaders.
