So what do you guys think of the new training? I think it's a nice tweak to the game. A part of it sucks from the owner stand point because it means bigger contracts we have to shell out, but at least it adds a new twist to the game and allows you to train your players more specifically.

I'll give it 1 Thumbs up until I can see the rest of it

I am a little skeptical about the whole system. The old system made a little more sense but we will have to see how it plays out. I am not a fan of the new equipment idea, that seems a little over the top.

I like it. A little more strategy and player customization never hurt anyone.

I am loving it!

I think it actually makes training have meaning instead of being only useful for the lower to middle levels.

I think it seems better in principal.

I dont mind it..and considering they have to save up the training points I dont think the contracts will escalate any higher then they already are. I like the idea of the equipment pool since you wont have to constantly redo the contracts. I dont like the new equipment idea. I think it's a little over the top and i dont like the limitations on intense training as all the combinations are not available. It should be interesting.

I'm kinda confused about exactly how these equipment pools work. Am I going to be notified before they take from this pile of money set aside, is there going to be a limit owners can set. Or is it just grab and go as you please? How exactly is it going to work.

I guess when someone needs money you can put it in the pool for them to take. Kinda like making a withdrawal from a bank.

I think that once we all get the hang of it we'll have a whole new set of options and ways to improve our players.
