Recruiting has come to a standstill for me... since I have a core group of lower lvl players, and could only appeal to guys below Lvl 20... but since all the Cap leagues came out it has obviously killed my change of recruiting young players to come to the AA league and get a flogging week in week out.

So I will have to wait to be relegated

We've brought in a few guys and have a few more in line so we've added much needed depth and a few quality starters so I'm feeling good about the Eagles for next season.

We're already retooled for the upcoming season as a few of our agents brought on some of their other players and we've added people to fill the holes we had. Hopefully, we can represent AA#4 well in AAA#2.

I hate recruitment, but it's so nice when it's over with.

Not too bad my team added depth in the secondary, Linebacking core and WRs I think we'll be at least a top 4 team again in this conference the big thing I just can't seem to get signed is well built higher level OTs to make the line better. We also kept the vast majority of our players from last season except one or two.

IM HERE....I HATE RECRUITING.....ANYONE HAVE EXTRA OWNERS PLAYERS, RJSSOB, I COULD USE SOME ON MY OWNED TEAM.

So so for me, I got a few nice ones and alot of rejections Its not easy being one of the lower win/loss record teams, but im doing better than i expected really.

I have managed to get a near full roster, after picking up the scraps from the capped leagues...lol

I did have to make another player, which will add to my finanical pain..lol... see most people laugh at the idea at joining my Zoo team, due to the average Lvl's of players... It got pretty depressing for a while...lol

I ended up getting most of my players throught networking... it is much better then kissing someones arse for ages only to see them leave after a season because they like selling themselves on the FA market

I have to agree with you on the whole hating recruiting part it really takes away from the fun of being an owner

Recruiting sounds fun at first... but then it sucks as people get heaps of options, which means alot of arse kissing to get someone.

I almost hit the jackpot earlier...one of my GLB friends from another team (has the P on my team already) was wanting to move all three of his other players over, along with my DT who made it over. Unfortunately, one of his RL friends blackmailed him or something apparently and I didn't get any of the other three >.< They were all near lvl 30 or 30+ badasses...BAH!
